As you may or may not know I produce a children's activity tent at rock festivals. Memorial Day Wknd I was producing a tent with Wavy Gravy (www.wavygravy.net) and Zappo (www.cedarcenter.org) both of the Camp Winnarainbow fame (www.campwinnarainbow.org) at the three day Furthur Festival(www.furthurfestival.com) in Angels Camp, CA.
We had arts and crafts, stories and bingo with Wavy, outside play area, face painting, and sets by me and the Dyken Clan. On Sunday was our large parade throughout the venue.
July 4th weekend I was back at it again this time producing , "Kids Club" at Nateva Music and Camping Festival (www.Natevafestival.com) in Oxford, ME. I was joined by my awesome and helpful staff...Ali Chambliss-face painting, Kristen Lilkas-support, Ash Street Puppet Works, King of Silly and One World Puppets and many others. I played two sets of electric kids music each day with members of VT based band, "Play Dead." Think Grateful Dead music meets kids music. Outside our humongous tent was also a ferris wheel and a trapeze artist.

Next up is the first festival that hired me to produce a kids tent in 2000. Gathering of the Vibes (www.govibes.com) will take place July 29th-August 1st at Seaside Park in CT. Along with co-running, "Kid's Corner" I will be performing a set each day in the kids tent and on Sunday, August 1st I will be on the Green Vibes Stage from 10:30-11am. Immediately following there will a be a large kids parade to the main stage as part of a peace flag ceremony.

My third CD release has all the basic tracks done. It's now on to laying down final vocals, kids chorus. I recently picked up a sound interface so I can do some basic tracks at home. Then it's off to DMS studio for some mixing and mastering.
